Shipping Policy
Processing time. Orders are prepared within 1–3 business days. Couture and made-to-order
pieces require 4–6 weeks; timelines are stated on the product page.
Delivery. Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days; Express takes 2–4 business days.
Standard shipping is free on orders over $150. Rates are shown at checkout before you pay.
Where we ship. We currently ship to the countries listed at checkout. Duties and import
taxes for international orders are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise.
Tracking. You will receive a shipping confirmation with tracking by email once your order
is dispatched.
Returns & Refunds
Return window. Unworn items with tags attached may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
Exclusions. Couture, custom and made-to-order pieces are final sale unless faulty.
How to return. Email operations@geodorlimited.com
with your order reference. We will confirm the return address and process your refund to the original payment
method within 14 days of receiving the item. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item
is faulty.
Faulty items. If something arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours with
photos and we will replace or fully refund it, including postage.
Orders: your name, email, phone, shipping address and payment status — collected by our payment
processor Stripe to fulfil your order. We never see or store your card number.
Newsletter: your email address, stored until you unsubscribe (email us to be removed).
Contact form & reviews: the name, email and message you choose to submit.
Where it lives. Order and payment data is processed by
Stripe; site data (reviews, messages,
newsletter list, catalog) is stored in Google Firebase. Both are GDPR-compliant processors.
Your rights. You may request a copy or deletion of your personal data at any time by
emailing us. We do not sell personal data to anyone.
Terms of Service
Orders. An order is accepted when payment is confirmed. We reserve the right to refuse or
refund any order (e.g. stock errors, suspected fraud). If an item is mispriced, we will contact you before
shipping.
Prices. All prices are shown in the currency indicated at checkout and include the item
only; shipping (and taxes where applicable) are added and displayed before payment.
Products. Colors may vary slightly from photographs. Couture pieces are made to order and
each is unique.
Liability. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of [your country / state].
Cookie Policy
This site keeps things minimal:
Your shopping bag is stored in your own browser (localStorage) — it never leaves your device
until you check out.
Stripe sets cookies on its checkout page for fraud prevention and payment processing.
We do not run advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.
